As a 30-something living in New York’s Hudson Valley, I recently decided that I wanted to learn how to run.  Seemingly simple, I didn’t think there would be many barriers to this skill.  Boy, was I wrong.

Now a more proficient (but still a baby) runner, I started this blog to encourage “un-runners” to keep going.  At times, the blog deviates to humorous stories about my every day existence, or my healthy living goals and interests.  It’s a story of me, an enthusiast of everyday existence, living simply, and taking every pleasure available from everything I experience.

Cheers.
